We invite to join us in a prayer for retail workers at Christmas
Gracious God, as Christmas lights are turned on and shops become busy.
We/I pray for those working in shops and the hospitality industry at this busiest time of the year.
Uphold and encourage all working long hours, having to deal with difficult customers and hoping for good trading so that their jobs and businesses may survive into the New Year.
And give all, who will be stressed by their Christmas shopping, grace to treat one another with the love and care you show in Jesus, whose birth we celebrate, but which is so easily forgotten.
